We provide regular production updates and share tracking details once goods are shipped. For long-term clients, a client portal can be arranged.
Yes. We provide custom packaging, swing tags, barcodes (EAN/UPC), and retail-ready packaging on request.
Yes. Depending on capacity, we can prioritize urgent orders. Air freight is available for faster delivery, though costs will be higher.
We accept bank transfers (TT/Swift). For large contracts, we can discuss Letters of Credit (LC). We don’t accept PayPal or credit cards for bulk orders.
We are headquartered in Australia under H&K Global Trading Pty Ltd, ensuring compliance with Australian business law and local customer support.
Our quality system minimizes defects, but in case of issues, we offer rework, replacement, or partial credit subject to agreement.
We can recommend customs brokers and provide all required shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, BL). Import duties and GST are the buyer’s responsibility.
We typically work with FOB, CNF, CIF, and on request DDP. We’ll clarify all inclusions/exclusions in each quote.
We don’t operate warehouses in Australia, but we can connect you with trusted 3PL providers in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Yes. We arrange lab testing for fabric shrinkage, colorfastness, flammability, and chemical safety to meet Australian standards.
Yes. Send us your fabric swatches or garments, and we can replicate fabric quality, GSM, and finishing, subject to sourcing availability.
We sign NDAs and ensure all factories comply with IP confidentiality. Patterns, designs, and brand elements remain your property.
Yes. We provide fit samples, pre-production samples, and shipment samples. Sample costs are typically refundable against bulk orders.
Yes. We support pilot runs and small MOQs for retailers who want to test the market before committing to bulk orders. Costs may be higher for low-volume runs.
