We begin by studying the client’s sourcing requirements and creating a tailored sourcing strategy. Based on quality, cost, and delivery needs, we identify viable suppliers and thoroughly review all item information. A detailed procurement plan is then established, followed by supplier shortlisting and verification.
Next, we prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages to selected suppliers. Our multilingual negotiators handle direct negotiations, often reducing costs by 5% to 50% by eliminating middlemen. The received supplier quotations are converted into a standardized format for the client’s review and approval.
To ensure smooth collaboration, we obtain any required non-disclosure or other agreements needed to advance business opportunities with suppliers. Finally, we provide the client with comprehensive product, item, and factory quality reports to support informed decision-making.
